I’m a Senior Innovation Consultant based in Munich.

For 5+ years I’ve been helping industrial companies — from Mittelstand to global enterprises — navigate emerging technology and ship real products.

My background is mechanical engineering (M.Sc. TU Munich / Fraunhofer IGCV), which means I understand how things are actually built. My work is in the space between technical possibility and business reality — helping teams figure out what’s worth building and then building it.

I’m certified in Design Thinking and Systems Thinking (IDEO U) and Agile (PMI-ACP), and have peer-reviewed publications on agile product development.
